  Interesting, This smells suspiciously like what happened in the UK with the National Insurance Blacklist. There was even a punk song written about it in the eighties.   Not surprised, plant in Darwin only a fraction better , most HA was declassified so not needing inspection. Modules from o/s were disgusting. How can they can be acceptable in this country?
